New points in the European Union’s “coherence policy”
Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of regulations and documents of the European Union (EU), the article clarifies the composition of changes in the “coherence policy” in the period 2021-2027 compared with 2014-2020, concluding that “coherence policy” continues to play an important role in EU operations, because the volume of funding it from the general budget is still very high. The article pays special attention to the decision to redirect for the period 2021-2027, when one-third of the allocation from eurozone policy funds for programs is diverted to the goal of implementing a circular and climate-neutral economy.

International integration as a key orientation in the foreign policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam (2016-2021): Achievements, challenges and prospects
Abstract: The thought of expanding foreign relations, integration with the region and the world of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has been clearly shown in the diplomatic documents of Vietnam’s government and documents of the National Congress of CPV. The process of Vietnam’s international integration has taked place in many areas and in many different levels, from bilateral, sub-regional, regional, inter-regional and global. The paper focuses on assessing the achievements that Vietnam has gotten on the integration process, both in bilateral and in multilateral cooperation. Vietnam has taken advantage of a favorable international environment to concentrate on socio-economic development, maintaining peaceful environment, stabilizing national security, improving the position of the country in the international arena. Besides, Vietnam’s international integration process still has faced many difficulties such as, sometimes it has not keeping up with the situation, has not foreseen all adverse effects, has not exploited well and brought into full play the interwoven interests with important partners etc. Finally, the paper also raised the forthcoming prospects for Vietnam’s international integration in the direction of the 13th National Congress of the CPV.

Rusia’s marine policy and development of its marine industry
Abstract: Russia’s Maritime Policy, approved by President of the Russian Federation V. Putin in July 2001, is the basic document defining the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of maritime activities. After few years of ratification, this document was considered to allow further strengthening of Russia's position as a leading maritime power and facilitate the achievement of the objectives of maritime policy. However, since then, no action plan has been put in place and the marinetime is not on the development priority of Russia’s agenda. Therefore, Russia’s marine industries, including shipbuilding, oil and gas, fishing, and marine transportation, have not developed to their full potential.

Vietnam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership
Abstract: In 2022, Vietnam and Russia will mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership. In the article, the author studies the driving forces that have pushed the two countries to come to the above political decision. At the same time, the author clarifies the process of implementing the committed goals, evaluates the current state of cooperation, and prospects for the development of Vietnam-Russia relations. Based on the scientific analysis, the author concludes that, despite the close political and security links, Vietnam and Russia have not exploited the full potential of their comprehensive strategic partnership, especially in the economic sphere. The efforts of the two countries in trade liberalization in the framework of the Eurasian cooperation will continue to boost bilateral trade, thereby increasing the quality of their comprehensive strategic partnership.

Abstract: In recent years, besides consolidating and maintaining economic cooperation relations in traditional fields, Vietnam and Russia have also actively expanded cooperation in a number of new fields, such as investing in agriculture or developing renewable and green energy. These can be seen as promising new directions in economic cooperation between the two sides.
