The structure of the economy has had a strong shift from agriculture to industry and services, along with the shift in employment of workers. A large part of rural workers have migrated and become workers in industrial zones in many regions of the country, mainly in areas with a high degree of industrialization such as the delta the Red River, the areas around Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
