Cooperation between the European Union and Africa: Towards a comprehensive strategy
Abstract: Being a long-standing partner with a colonial history in Africa, European Union (EU) actively developed a cooperation strategy with the continent. From RomeTreaty, Yaoundé, Lomé, Cotonou Agreements to new cooperation strategies between EU and African countries. A long-term presence and a large membership union, EU should enjoy a large role and influence in this continent, but EU’s position is gradually weakening. Although EU’s trade, investment and aid relations with Africa remain relatively, EU is an important external actor in Africa, but only a comprehensive and consistent strategy that truly elevates the strategic partnership effectively.

Assessment of impacts of Russia - Ukraine military conflict on the world and Vietnam’s economy
Abstract: The conflict between Russia and Ukraine broke out on February 24th, 2022 had a great impact on global economy, which has not fully recovered after two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. A series of sanctions were introduced by Western countries and Russia in retaliation for each other as the conflict continued to escalate. The world economy was immediately negatively impacted with the galloping increase in oil prices, continued disruptions in global supply chains, and the risk of abnormally high inflation in many countries, making the outlook for Global economic growth in 2022 and 2023 is severely reduced. For Vietnam’s economy, the most obvious effect is the increase in domestic gasoline prices, which has exceeded historical peaks, leading to direct pressure on inflation momentum. Prices of goods and services increased while the cost of input materials escalated. In this context, it is necessary to take timely measures to respond to the increase in energy prices, especially petroleum products; from there to control commodity prices in general, avoiding the risk of double inflation. Besides negative impacts, it is necessary to identify and take advantage of favorable opportunities for exports or attract new investment flows from the EU into Vietnam.

The special thing is that the opening and ending of the Vietnamese people's resistance war was attended by Britain. After the World War II ended, Britain supported and helped France return to invade Vietnam. Nine years later, Britain and other countries participating in the Geneva Conference tried to find a peaceful solution in Vietnam in particular and Indochina in general. This article clarifies the British perspective and process of helping the French return to invade Vietnam, Britain’s attitude in the Geneva Conference; and explains why Britain changed the attitude about the French Indochina War.

Abstract: The Stanislavski's system has had more than a century of domination on the Russian-Soviet stage. It is also popular in many countries, including Vietnam. The Stanislavski's experimental stage system has many complex contents. But the fundamental nucleus is to respect the authenticity of the performance. That action must come from the psychological depth, the actor's deep integration. That is the art of performing psychological reality. After 1955, the Stanislavski system began to influence the Vietnamese stage. The two categories that use this method the most were Spoken drama and Cheo.

Agricultural commitments in the EVFTA and challenges to Vietnam’s agriculture sector
Abstract: On August 1, 2020, the European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) came into force, marking a milestone in the 30 years of Vietnam and the European Union (EU) relationship. The EVFTA creates a big boost for Vietnam’s exports to the EU, especially agricultural products. Agriculture remains an important economic sector of Vietnam, but also the most “vulnerable” sector in the integration process, especially when Vietnam joins new generation FTAs such as EVFTA. This article discusses the provisions of EVFTA on agricultural products, with a focus on Vietnam’s specific commitments, and accordingly points out challenges to Vietnam’s agriculture sector.
