The research program at ministerial level in the period of 2011-2012
The research program at ministerial level: “Adjustments to development policy in some key European countries in the post-financial crisis and economic recession and the impact on Vietnam” under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan and Dr. Nguyen An Ha and initiated by Institute for European Studies in the period of 2 years 2011-2012.
The objectives of the program:
- Research, clarify the factors affecting the recovery and development of some advanced economies in Europe (EU, Germany, France, UK, Russia, some Eastern European and Southern European countries) during the post – financial crisis and economic recession, policy adjustments and development trends of these countries in the medium-term period as well as anticipate the impact on the world, the region and Vietnam.
- Drawing on theoretical and empirical lessons in contribution to implementing the resolutions of the 11th Party Congress; make recommendations on developing comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and EU and other key countries in Europe in the medium term.
